right, this is a glitch that, although small, can help. if, as bat or deep, you roll, and you don't have enough mp for a d>a(bat) or d>j(deep), and try to execute these moves while rolling, you'll re-roll to the other direction!!!

i just wanna add that this applies for Bats D>J - not D>A
it also applies for any other move that has a forward direction to it and which works while you are rolling
maybe there is only deeps D>J and bats D>J - but you could recreate that effect if you have either D>A or D>J in the rolling frames and not enough mp to actually do it
