Summary:
The scene continues from where the owner the villa murdered. We found out that he was murder in a locked room which means there was no way of someone leaving while the door was locked. Yutaka-san is main suspect at this scene since he was no-where to be found. As well as he was fighting the owner of the villa lately and seen doing an emergency escape call. It is likely thought that the murder happens because Haruhi wanted it to happen since she was talking about being a detective of a case. They got on all kinds of investigations only getting more confused. Finally Haruhi came up with her own theory of the truth. And because her version of the truth can hurt her friends around her, she decided to stop playing detective and let the police handle it. Later on thanks to Kyon and some of Haruhi's detective skill they found out that this was all an act that everybody at the villa including Koizumi made up. They made it up in order to prevent Haruhi from making her own "real" murder case which would of been bad.

Strange Things/Evidence:
1. Koizumi dea of not telling Kyon's little sister about what happened. Reasons why is because she was an unexpected visitor by Koizumi.
2. The fighting between the villa's owner and Yutaka. Which was later known as an act.
3. The late night call by tamaru to someone to prepare a travel's check and passport. Which was later known as an act.
4. The male house-keeper not letting anyone into the room, and saying he called the police. However we have not seen him leave anywhere. And persistant to not let people touch the body. Later to me known so they won't know that the owner is actually alive.
5. Them saying that they were part-timers but when they and Koizumi met, They acted as old long time friends saying hi to each other and things like long time no see. They couldn't have been part timers.
6. When Haruhi asked Koizumi what he was doing. He probably lied to told and during that time he told the female house waitress to give them more false evidence. To make it look like a real case.
7. The villa's body will still warm when Haruhi touched. Which means the boss is still alive or was not dead for a long time.
8. The male housekeeper won't let them find out if the boss died or not. Instead, the male housekepper touched the villa owner himself and declared "he has passed on".
9. There was no dent or scratch on the door even though the (haruhi's) theory was that the knife was driven into the villa owner's body with such force by the door.
10. One of the plates on the counter was eaten after the murder. One of the foods were left untouched which was a carrots. Earilier in the story, we know that the villa owner doesn't eat carrots. Which explains that he was still well alive.

Haruhi's (Before) Theory of the Murder Case: The boss villa was stabbed by Yutaka but he only fainted due to shock and the knife did not cause serious injury because his notebook was in the day. And because he heard Haruhi and the others voices he went near the door and locked it fearing that he would be attack more times. But during this time Kyon, The Male HouseKeeper, and Koizumi were bumping the door trying to break it open. After they bumped into the door, the door hit the knife and killed the villa owner.

Various Things to Notice/Explainations:
1. Nagato wouldn't listen to anyone's order to opening the doorb but she listened to Kyon's over-ridden order. Which she means Kyon is a very high priority in her ranking system. Perhaps forshadowing something Nagato knows about Kyon that nobody knows yet.
2. When Koizumi looks at the mole on Kyon's right side. According the mole - ilogy it means Kyon's desire for an easy life. Or according to other people it means that Koizumi wasn't paying any attention to what Kyon was saying also meaning he doesn't believe it.
